OJD Education is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage student records, CRM updates, fee entries, and batch coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks and coordinating with faculty to ensure smooth academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student records accurately on the CRM system
- Update fee receipts and payment details on CRM
- Manage batch schedules and update changes in the system
- Coordinate with faculty regarding batch timings, schedules, and student allocations
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across all records
- Support the academic and operations team with back-office administrative tasks
- Handle basic documentation and reporting as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (BCA & MCA)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
2-3 years of experience in back office, administration, or education sector preferred
