We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company records, databases, and files
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and management teams
Manage emails, calls, and internal communications
Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
Track attendance, payments, and operational activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Prior back-office or administrative experience is an advantage
