The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing administrative, data, and support functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves documentation, record keeping, coordination, and providing backend support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately
Handle student, staff, and operational documentation
Assist in preparing reports, letters, circulars, and official documents
Manage email communication, follow-ups, and coordination
Support HR, Accounts, and Administration teams as required
Ensure timely data entry and verification
Maintain confidential information securely
Assist in audit, compliance, and documentation processes
Handle office stationery, logistics, and inventory records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience in back-office / admin / office support role (freshers may also apply)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing and data management skills
Females are preferred
