We are looking for a Process Coordinator (Back Office Executive) to manage and coordinate internal processes, maintain records, and provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily back-office operations and internal processes
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Handle data entry, MIS reporting, and process tracking
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Maintain files, invoices, and operational documents
Support management with reports and process updates
Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or Process Coordinator preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience:
1-3 years (Fresher with good skills can also apply)
