The Back Office Executive - Investigation will support the Investigation Manager in handling MACT (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal) cases by managing documentation, coordination, data analysis, and case follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Investigation Manager in MACT claim investigations.
Collect, verify, and organize documents related to motor accident claims.
Maintain case files, investigation reports, and evidence records.
Coordinate with investigators, advocates, surveyors, police authorities, and field staff.
Track MACT case status, hearing dates, and compliance deadlines.
Prepare summaries, reports, and claim analysis for management review.
Handle correspondence with courts, lawyers, and insurance company departments.
Verify policy details, vehicle particulars, driving license validity, FIR, charge sheet, and accident records.
Update claims data in internal systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support fraud detection by analyzing discrepancies in claims and documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Law background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in insurance claims, MACT, or legal back-office operations.
Knowledge of MACT procedures, insurance policies, and motor vehicle laws.
Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, email).
Good coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with advocates and tribunal courts.
Basic understanding of investigation and fraud analysis in insurance claims.
Familiarity with court documentation and legal terminology.
