Maintain and update data accurately on MS Excel and company online portals
Handle tele-calling to customers and dealers for follow-ups, coordination, and information sharing
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel
(data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
Good communication skills for tele-calling
Ability to handle data systematically and responsibly
Basic computer and internet knowledge
