-Maintain and update company databases, transaction records, and client information.
-Respond to emails and internal queries in a timely manner.
-Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
-Maintain and update client/customer records in systems.
-Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
-Supporting day-to-day administrative activitiesManage paperwork related to account opening (online and offline), KYC, and other client documentation
-Ensure data entry accuracy and timely updating of all back-office systems
-Respond to internal queries from other departments and support front-office staff.
-Occasionally handle customer inquiries related to settlements, statements, or account status
