will be responsible for managing client documentation, project records, and administrative support for the construction team. This role involves maintaining organized client files (both physical and digital), assisting with project coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, site teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client File Management:
Maintain and update client files, agreements, project correspondence, and other related documents.
Ensure all documentation (contracts, drawings, approvals, invoices, etc.) is properly filed and easily retrievable.
Regularly audit and verify completeness and accuracy of client files.
2. Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and update project progress reports, daily logs, and data entry related to ongoing projects.
Assist in preparing client quotations, tenders, and supporting documents.
Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Manage office records, correspondence, and communication logs.
3. Coordination Support:
Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and accounts for client-related documentation.
Support communication between back-office and site teams for approvals, drawings, and material records.
Follow up with clients and vendors for pending documents or information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in back-office or documentation roles, preferably in the
construction, infrastructure, or real estate sector
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
