Key Responsibilities:
Email & Correspondence:
Handle all incoming and outgoing emails professionally and promptly.
Maintain records of official communication and follow up as necessary.
Telephonic Communication:
Make and receive calls to/from clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide accurate information and relay messages effectively.
Field Staff Coordination:
Monitor and manage daily activities of field staff.
Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
AMC Management:
Maintain records of all Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Ensure timely renewals, service scheduling, and client follow-ups.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
