Maintain day-to-day office operations
Update and manage data in Google Sheets and Talisma
Prepare and maintain reports and trackers
Handle all documentation and record-keeping work
Maintain both digital and physical files
Draft and respond to professional emails
Coordinate with internal teams for daily updates
Ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks
Assist in administrative and support activities
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Support senior staff with reports and required data
