We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the smooth functioning of our office and operations. The ideal candidate will manage records, coordinate with internal teams, handle documentation, and assist in various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Data & Documentation Management:
Maintain and update records, databases, and files accurately.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents.
Handle tender documentation and ensure proper filing of all records.
Communication & Correspondence:
Manage emails, calls, and internal communications professionally.
Draft and distribute letters, reports, and other official correspondence.
Office Support:
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with IT and other departments for smooth office operations.
Support teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and research.
Project & Task Assistance:
Provide support to ongoing projects as required.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Other Duties:
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience & Skills:
1-5 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently or in a team.
Qualification:
Graduate from any stream; Post-graduation preferred.
