Back Office Executive (Female)

Experience Required : 2-3 Years



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Skill :

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities. Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data to the accounts department. Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents (digital and physical).
