Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping efficiently
Handle vendor and client coordination for invoice generation and payments.
Maintain inventory records and purchase order processing.
Support HR functions like payroll processing, employee attendance, and leave management.
Assist in general administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office coordination.
Other Duties:
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
Assist management with reports and financial analysis as required.
Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
