Handle day-to-day back-office operations and documentation.
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Organize, verify, and process customer and project-related data.
Assist the sales and operations team with backend support.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data and records.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc IT preferred).
Proficient in
MS Excel, Word, and basic data management tools
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication & organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Prior experience in
real estate/back office/data entry
will be an added advantage.
