Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance. Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reports. Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Support management with daily office tasks and reporting. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any Graduation degree. 0-2 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles. (Freshers welcome.)*
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
