Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting or processing.
Maintain and organize digital and paper records for easy retrieval.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documentation as required.
Coordinate with front-office staff or management to resolve discrepancies.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Perform routine administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence.
Support process improvement initiatives within the back-office team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, administration, or back-office operations.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or other data management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
