Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Data Management:

Process and verify data entries, invoices, and reports.
Organize and manage confidential files and company documents.
Operational Support:
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal workflows.
Assist in handling emails, correspondence, and documentation.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and supply chain records if applicable.
Customer & Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for order processing and service follow-ups.
Handle inquiries, provide required information, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain relationships with external stakeholders to support business operations.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and data security guidelines.
Prepare reports on daily activities, operational efficiency, and financial records.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

in a back-office, administration, or data management role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
