We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Back Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our back-office functions and providing essential support to various departments within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and file management tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data, generate reports, and maintain databases.
Collaborate closely with team members to optimize workflow processes and enhance efficiency.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via email or phone, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the back-office operations.
Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
