We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle administrative and stock management activities in our jewellery showroom. The candidate will support daily operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
inventory tracking and stock record maintenance
for gold, silver, and jewellery items
Update stock entries in billing/software systems accurately
Handle
emails, phone calls, and internal communication
professionally
Prepare daily stock reports and sales support documents
Coordinate with showroom sales staff and management
Support senior staff with
administrative and documentation tasks
Maintain files, invoices, and customer records
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Female Only
Any Degree
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good typing and data entry skills
Ability to maintain accurate records
