Data & Records: Perform data entry, maintain databases, manage filing systems (digital/physical).
Documentation: Process invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other documents.
Reporting: Generate reports, presentations, and statistics for management.
Coordination: Liaise with various departments (sales, front office) for seamless operations.
Administrative Support: Handle office supplies, scheduling, emails, and general administrative duties.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Finance/HR (Sometimes): Assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, or HR tasks.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong multitasking, problem-solving, good communication, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative or back-office role.
