Job Summary

We are looking for a

Backend Support Executive

to manage GPS data tracking systems, prepare and submit reports, coordinate with government/private officials, and maintain strong professional relationships. The role requires good communication skills, data handling ability, and basic technical understanding of GPS systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and track GPS data through backend software and dashboards Analyze GPS reports related to vehicle movement, speed, route, and stoppages Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to clients/officials Coordinate and attend meetings with government or private officials as required Maintain good professional relationships with clients, officials, and internal teams Handle data corrections, validations, and system updates Support field teams by providing backend technical and data assistance Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports Respond to client queries related to GPS tracking data Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Key Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems (preferred) Male candidates only required Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to prepare reports and present data clearly Strong coordination and relationship management skills Willingness to meet officials and attend review meetings Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma (IT, Electronics, or related fields preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiners preferred Candidates with backend support, MIS, or GPS experience will have an advantage Willing to travel locally when required

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
