Job Description

Managing order entries, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices accurately in the system. Coordinating with sales teams for pricing, product availability, and dispatch status. Maintaining stock records, tracking equipment movement, and updating inventory logs. Handling vendor communication, follow-ups, and documentation requirements. Assisting in service scheduling, AMC documentation, and warranty tracking for healthcare equipment. Preparing daily/weekly MIS reports related to sales, service calls, and stock. Ensuring proper documentation for compliance with medical device regulations. Managing customer queries, service requests, and escalation support from the backend. Supporting logistics, shipment tracking, and dispatch coordination. Maintaining internal databases, contracts, and customer records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM Good understanding of healthcare/medical equipment terminology (preferred). Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. High accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Pay: ?10,147.10 - ?25,000.00 per month
