Job Summary:
The Back Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and attending to incoming phone calls. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers or internal teams with timely and accurate solutions.
Attend and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer or client queries.
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
Handle data entry, billing, and documentation tasks.
Prepare and organize reports, letters, and other office documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Manage email correspondence and follow up on pending tasks.
Support daily administrative operations and office activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Monitor office supplies and handle basic procurement if needed.
Assist in after-sales support or service coordination.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Uphold professional communication and telephone etiquette.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in office administration or customer service.
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
