Key Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed records of jewellery stock, product movement, and transfers.
Assist in tagging, labeling, and maintaining product codes for inventory accuracy.
Handle inward and outward entry of jewellery items in system/Excel.
Prepare product-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and stock reports.
Coordinate with sales, showroom, and logistics teams for product availability and dispatch.
Support in maintaining MIS reports on sales, stock reconciliation, and product movement.
Ensure compliance with company standards for jewellery product documentation and record-keeping.
Manage daily back-office operations including data entry, filing, and communication.
Assist in audit preparation and ensure jewellery inventory matches physical stock.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or relevant field.
0-2 years of experience in back office, preferably in jewellery/retail industry.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/accounting systems.
Good understanding of stock management and product handling.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive product data.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
