Role Overview
As a
Back Office Executive
at Happie Dealz, you will play a key role in supporting our operations through telecalling, digital marketing, administration, and public relations. This position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can multitask, communicate effectively, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain services, answer client queries, and maintain follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Digital Marketing
Assist in managing social media platforms and online campaigns.
Support content creation, lead generation, and engagement activities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.
Administration
Maintain records, files, and reports accurately.
Coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
Handle daily office activities and support management tasks.
Public Relations (PR)
Assist in building a positive brand image through communication.
Support outreach activities, events, and networking initiatives.
Draft and share updates with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
