Manage day-to-day backend operations including data entry, documentation, and report generation.
Maintain and update databases, sales records, inventory logs, or employee data as per department needs.
Coordinate with front-end teams (sales, customer service, HR, or logistics) to ensure timely support and communication.
Prepare regular reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.
Handle email correspondence and internal communication efficiently.
Support vendor coordination, billing, invoice tracking, and purchase order processing (as applicable).
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Assist in file management, documentation, scanning, and printing work.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Experience: 0-2 years (freshers can also apply)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and coordination skills
