We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Printer Ribbon Cartridge industry. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to sales representatives, managing customer accounts, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the sales industry, excellent customer service skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including preparing customer quotes, order entry, data entry, and other related duties.
Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse for the material dispatch
Take follow-up with the courier team .
Requirements & Skills:
Must have knowledge of Tally,ZOHO Books.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 -4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
