The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back-office tasks, handling customer data, maintaining records, and making outbound tele calls to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Back Office Operations:
Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and documentation.
Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and other business correspondence.
Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams.
Assist in daily administrative tasks to support the sales department.
Tele Sales:
Use internet-based tools (social media, business directories, etc.) to identify potential clients.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present products/services.
Follow up on inquiries and leads to nurture prospects.
Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
Maintain call logs and performance tracking reports.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Strong internet research and lead generation skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.
