About the Role



The

Back Office Executive

will handle administrative, clerical, and data management tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and proficient with computer systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all records and communications.

Key Responsibilities



Handle data entry, record management, and documentation related to hospital operations. Manage patient files, billing details, and departmental reports accurately. Support HR, finance, and operations teams with daily administrative tasks. Coordinate with front office staff, doctors, and other departments for smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and internal communications. Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining attendance, and tracking supplies or inventories. Handle correspondence via phone calls, emails, and internal memos. Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and data protection standards. Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field

. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in office administration or back-office operations (experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage). Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and data management systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
