We are looking for a dedicated and organized

Female Back Office Executive

to support our administrative and operational functions. If you have at least

1 year of relevant experience

, good communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day back-office operations Maintain and organize records and company documents Perform data entry and update company databases accurately Manage routine email correspondence Coordinate and communicate with internal teams Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a back-office or administrative role Graduate and above (certifications in admin/office management are a plus) Proficient in

MS Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet tools Good written and verbal communication skills in

English and Hindi

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
