Assist in preparing and organizing export/import documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping details, etc.)
Preparing Reports and Documents.
Help track shipments and update records
File and maintain all EXIM-related documents in an organized manner
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and delivery status
Follow up for signatures, stamps, and approvals when required
Perform basic data entry and update Excel or internal systems
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce stream
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email
Good communication and coordination skills
Eager to learn export-import procedures
Attention to detail and reliability
experience : 1 year preffered
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
