The Back Office Operations role supports the smooth functioning of the organization by handling administrative, documentation, and internal process tasks. The position ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day operations while coordinating with front-office teams and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain records, files, and databases accurately
Process internal documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, reports, and forms
Support front-office, sales, or customer service teams with backend coordination
Ensure data entry accuracy and timely updates in systems
Monitor operational workflows and flag discrepancies or delays
Handle internal communication between departments
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Assist in audits, compliance checks, and process improvements
Maintain confidentiality of company data and records
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email systems)
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in back office or administrative roles is an advantage
