Graduation / MBA
Relevant experience in back-office or operations support preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong email drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Candidate should be stable and willing to work with the organization for the long term.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily back-office and operational activities.
Ensure adherence to defined processes and operational guidelines.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or deviations and suggest improvements.
Communicate process updates, changes, and escalations to relevant departments effectively.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and support inter-departmental coordination.
