Back Office Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling documentation, basic accounting entries, printing & filing, coordination for samples and courier dispatches, and maintaining records with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic accounting tasks including data entry, invoice entries, voucher preparation, bill follow-ups, and maintaining ledgers. Lead / inquiry follow-up on call or email when required Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing of documents. Coordinate sample dispatches with customers/vendors and maintain proper dispatch records. Handle courier booking, tracking, follow-ups, and maintain delivery status report. Maintain and update MIS reports, stock records, and internal databases. Assist in processing orders, preparing quotations, and documentation as required. Support HR/Accounts/Marketing teams in daily administrative assignments. Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of company documents and information. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal departments when required.

Requirements & Skills:

Graduate in any field (

B.Com preferred

0-3 years of experience

in back-office / admin/accounts Basic knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting

Familiarity with

Tally or any accounting software

is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
