Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth coordination between departments, and efficient management of daily back-end activities while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
? Manage and maintain company records, databases, and documentation.
? Perform accurate data entry (in both Hindi and English) and prepare reports.
? Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
? Organise and manage digital as well as physical files systematically.
? Coordinate with accounts, inventory, sales, and operations teams for workflow support.
? Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and assist during audits.
? Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive data.
? Support management in day-to-day operations and special projects.
Requirements:
? Minimum Graduate (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
? 0-3 years of experience in back-office/administrative roles (Freshers can apply).
? Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic office software.
? Strong Hindi & English typing skills.
? File management and record-keeping abilities.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
