Sales & Back Office Executive
to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations as per client requirements
Respond promptly to emails, calls, and customer queries
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and transaction files
Assist in follow-ups and recovery of pending payments
Manage leads, track inquiries, and support the sales team in conversion efforts
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Assist in generating reports and maintaining documentation for audits and reviews
Qualifications:
Graduate (preferably in business, commerce, or related fields)
1-3 years experience in sales or office administration is preferred but not mandatory
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and email platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
