ViralChilly seeks a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Executive. As a crucial part of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-office operations.

ViralChilly, a unit of Digiastic LLP, was awarded as one of the best startups to work for in Jaipur. A digital marketing agency with a people-centric approach to working with reputed Clients like Canva, Adobe, Stillio, and many more.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle email replies promptly and professionally.
Generate reports and provide updates to management as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related field. Previous work experience as an Office Executive (not mandatory) Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software. Working knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to work as part of a team. Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Things You Should Know:-

Timings will be 9 Am to 6:30 Pm We work Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are off. 30-minute lunch break + 15-minute tea break Work From Office
