Job Description

We are seeking a motivated back office executive to join our team. The person will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell products or services. Handle inbound calls, providing information and answering queries as needed. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into clients. Achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs for call volume, lead conversion, and sales. Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
