We are seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Assistant to join our team. The Back Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Documentation:
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
Communication:
Liaise with other departments, clients, and vendors via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling.
Client Handling:
Provide support in managing and addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, client interactions, and other relevant information.
Reporting:
Generate periodic reports as required by management or clients.
Coordination:
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in a proactive manner.
