Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily with the
service team
for scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.
Maintain
proper records
of all service-related activities, including customer complaints, resolutions, and service visits.
Ensure
timely data entry
and updating of service logs in the system.
Communicate with customers and internal teams through
email and phone
when required.
Assist in generating basic reports related to service performance and customer feedback.
Support in documentation and filing work as per company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate
in any stream
Good command over computers
(MS Office, email, basic data entry)
Proficient in
written and spoken English
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Prior experience in a back office or service coordination role will be an advantage
