Back Office Executive
to manage
quotation preparation and Order Processing

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage client quotations with high accuracy
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to collect product details and pricing
Maintain records of quotations, revisions, and follow-ups
Perform data entry and documentation using MS Excel and Word
Assist in administrative and coordination tasks related to client projects
Ensure timely response to internal and external quotation requests
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in back office, sales support, or admin roles
Strong knowledge of
MS Office
, especially
Excel and Word.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior experience of working on software SAP, ERP
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Good communication skills - written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in any stream (Commerce preferred)
