Roles & Responsibilities :
Create, track, and manage all purchase orders from creation to closure.
Act as the main point of contact for vendors, handling price comparisons, negotiations, order follow-ups, and tracking deliveries.
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and accounts, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any bottlenecks.
Maintain accurate records of POs, vendor communications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Ensure proper filing and documentation for all purchase-related activities.
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on PO status, delivery timelines, and other relevant metrics using tools like MS Excel.
Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and managing documents.
