Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and monitor

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

across all service locations. Conduct

regular audits

of service centres to assess compliance with defined standards and processes. Identify gaps in process execution and recommend

corrective & preventive actions.

Coordinate with internal teams (training, quality, operations, and customer care) to maintain uniformity in customer handling and service reporting. Maintain standard templates for

service reports, warranty claims, job cards, and feedback forms.

Support training teams in developing material that reflects standard service practices. Collect and analyse data from service operations to identify areas for process improvement. Work closely with service engineers and field staff to ensure

adherence to brand standards.

Prepare and share periodic reports on standardization compliance and service quality performance. Contribute to the

digitalization and automation

of standard processes and documentation.

Experience:

2-5 years Experience Required

Salary-:

22k to 25k In Hand + Travel Allowances

Base Location Mohali but candidate open to travel in PAN Punjab Location

Good Communication Skill
