We are looking for 4 detail-oriented and reliable

Back Office Executives

to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for handling day-to-day back-office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth internal communication through emails and software tools.

Responsibilities:



Manage and update data in Excel sheets with accuracy. Handle company emails professionally and respond promptly. Work efficiently on our in-house software systems for processing. Maintain proper documentation and records for easy retrieval. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of company information.

Requirements:



Female candidates only. Married females preferred. Strong knowledge of

MS Excel

(formulas, data entry, formatting). Proficiency in handling

emails

and basic computer operations. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to

in-house software systems

. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
