Process sales orders and enquiries, including quotes, P.I., and S.O.
Address queries and provide timely quotes, invoices, and technical documents (drawings, QAP, data sheets).
Coordinate with Dispatch on shipment-related documents (LR, TC, Invoice copy).
Support sales with complaint management, approvals, document organization, and data updates.
Follow up on outstanding payments and prepare reminders.
Assist with travel, visitor arrangements, and document reminders for the sales team.
This role requires organized coordination across sales and support functions to ensure smooth operations.
