Back Office Executive
to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth internal coordination, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
Handle data entry, documentation, and verification of records
Prepare reports, statements, and MIS as required by management
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Assist in processing invoices, payments, and basic accounting entries
Manage emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
Support compliance, audit, and regulatory documentation
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good typing speed and data management skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Attributes
Basic knowledge of finance / documentation / agreements (if applicable)
Good communication and coordination skills
Time management and professional work ethics
