Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company systems.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Manage documentation, filing, and database updates.
Coordinate with different departments for information updates.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other documents.
Handle email communications and follow up on pending tasks.
Ensure all operational activities are completed within timelines.
Support the team in administrative duties as needed.
