Job Summary:



We are looking for a

smart, detail-oriented Back Office Executive

to support the daily administrative and operational tasks of the organization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in

MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email drafting

, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update company databases, records, and reports. Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office tools. Handle professional email communication and draft mails for clients and internal correspondence. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Manage data entry, documentation, and filing activities. Support management in preparing business reports, meeting notes, and presentations. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree/+2 Proficiency in

MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

. Strong command over

professional mail drafting

and communication. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience:



Fresher or up to 1 year of experience

in a similar role.

Salary:



As per company standards / Up to 15k per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
