Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily back office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stock shortages.
Maintain accurate record-keeping for all operational activities and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a back office or administrative role, preferably within the Food & Beverages industry.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using office software, including MS Office-Excel Suite and inventory management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
