strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
and be capable of handling office coordination, client documentation, and data management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain Excel reports, ledgers, and client data sheets.
Assist in office documentation, filing, and coordination tasks.
Support accounting and tax-related operations as per requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for smooth workflow.
Knowledge of logistics will be considered an
added advantage
.
Required Skills:
Advanced Excel proficiency
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of accounting or logistics preferred.
